Responsibilities
* Wow the clients with designs & professionalism.
* Developing design ideas & concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
* Produce rough sketches and a mood board (a collection of suitable images, colours and materials) for
presentation to clients.
* Zero error, complete, standard and easy to understand PDs.
* Process and checklist adherence 100%.
* Complete design phase (PDs, movable furniture, deco lightings, curtains, painting, etc).
* Ownership of design phase (Queries, escalations and solutions).
* Design phase completed within agreed timeline.
* Better industry knowledge in terms of materials, themes, processes & pricing.
Experience
